Your feet are the first thing that hit the floor in the morning and the last thing to lie down when you go to bed at night.  Our feet are the foundation that keep us upright and the podiatrists at Capital Chiropractic are passionate about keeping them healthy.  Podiatrists are health care professionals who provide the diagnosis, treatment and preventative care of patients with foot and lower limb injuries. All podiatrists at Capital Chiropractic are highly skilled professionals who are registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Society of Chiropodist and Podiatrists.

TREATMENT

Podiatry, or chiropody, is the treatment of conditions and symptoms affecting the foot and lower limb such as arch pain, heel pain, ankle pain, shin pain, and knee pain. The cause of these conditions may be linked to abnormal foot function, infection, underlying medical conditions such as arthritis or diabetes or trauma from ill fitting shoes. Diagnosing and treating these conditions is known as clinical biomechanics and may involve the use of in shoe devices known as foot orthotics.

  • Ingrown toe nail

  • Plantar fasciitis
