Jelena Aleidzane – Massage Therapist
Jelena brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her massage therapy practice. With a BSc (Hons) in Medicine and Health Care Sciences, specialising in Physiotherapy from Daugavpils University, and an HND in Integrative Healthcare from UHI Moray, she combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others.

Her background includes hands-on experience across musculoskeletal, trauma, orthopaedics, neurology, and paediatrics, giving her a well-rounded approach to patient care. Jelena offers a wide range of treatments, including sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, pregnancy, aromatherapy, and relaxing massage, always tailoring her techniques to suit each individual’s needs.

Currently advancing her studies in Sports Therapy at Edinburgh College, Jelena is further developing her skills in clinical sports massage and the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled, she is committed to supporting clients on their journey to better health and wellbeing.
